Our process follows a clear logic: a one-day quick check for an initial assessment, an approximately four-week potential analysis for the business case, and subsequent implementation on a contingency fee basis. To support this, the Academy empowers your team for the new processes.
Together, we define clear key performance indicators (KPIs) in advance – such as reducing inventory, lowering TCO costs or increasing delivery reliability. Our success fee is transparently measured against the achievement of these realised savings and improvements.
